During your training you will go through 4 phases of an integral process in which the possibilities and potential of this connection to nature and its effects on a physical, mental/spiritual and spiritual level are explored and applied through your own experiences.
 
The training content and the support of the integral process are conveyed digitally. In order to successfully implement these contents and processes, it is therefore absolutely necessary that you independently go through and reflect on the recommended exercises in nature using the digital formats.
